The Fill-a-Bag Sale is a monthly sale at Urban Exchange Project. Participants can buy a bag for $40, which will secure them a 45 minute time slot to shop our lower level, only open for this sale! Choose from hundreds of name brand second hand pieces, with a sales floor that is refilled every hour. This sale is for women’s clothing and accessories, everyone is welcome to participate!
